About the role#
SFW Partners, LLC is hiring interns for the Summer 2027 term. This is a paid, part-time position based on-site in St Louis, Missouri. You will work between 25 and 40 hours per week while gaining hands-on experience in accounting, tax, and audit services.
What you'll do#
- Prepare client financial statements.
- Perform procedures for audit and attest engagements.
- Prepare individual and trust income tax returns.
- Provide support for various special projects.
What you'll need#
- A cumulative GPA of at least 3.0.
- Eligibility to sit for the CPA exam by December 2025.
- Completion of, or current enrollment in, an income taxation course.
- A basic understanding of accounting.
- Knowledge of FASB standards, GAAP, and GAAS.
- Strong planning, organization, and communication skills.
- Attention to detail.
