About the role#
Core Developers work at the center of our technological ecosystem. You will help optimize our research and trading infrastructure by building components that accelerate operations. You will design scalable systems and tools to support high-performance computing while ensuring our systems remain fast and reliable. This role requires you to take ownership over core projects and identify areas where we can improve efficiency.
What you'll do#
- Build key components to accelerate trading operations.
- Design scalable systems and tools for high-performance computing.
- Write elegant and efficient code.
- Research and test performance optimizations.
- Investigate networking architecture and hardware selection.
- Identify and resolve system inefficiencies.
What you'll need#
- A PhD, master’s, or bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field.
- Mastery of C++ and a strong background in data structures and algorithms.
- Experience with latency-sensitive development and low-level system architecture.
- Knowledge of high-performance computing, distributed system design, and network optimization.
- Strong research, problem-solving, and communication skills.

- Compensation: The base salary range is prorated based on a full-time annual salary of $200,000 to $300,000.
