About the role#
This is a part-time student position based at our head office in Quebec City. You will support our administrative operations, helping the team protect and showcase Quebec territories. This role is offered in a hybrid work format.
What you'll do#
- Collect, verify, interpret, and transmit data while handling daily mail.
- Manage accounting tasks, including cash management, bookkeeping, and verifying financial documents.
- Prepare statistical reports and track inventory movements.
- Classify and organize administrative documents.
- Apply internal regulations and procedures to ensure office efficiency.
What you'll need#
- A high school diploma (DES).
- A good level of written French.
- Ability to work in a multitasking environment.
- Strong rigor, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
- Students in Business Administration or Accounting are encouraged to apply.

- Location: Quebec City, QC.
- Modality: Hybrid.
- Status: Part-time student position.
- Compensation: 20.19 $ to 27.06 $ per hour, plus a 4$ daily sustainable mobility allowance.
