About the role#
We are looking for a technical intern to join our team for the summer of 2027. This role provides hands-on experience by working directly with our Help Desk team. You will shadow and train with our engineers to build your technical skills and improve your customer relations. This program helps you turn your classroom knowledge into practical work. At the end of the summer, managers will review your performance for potential future employment.
What you'll do#
- Work with the Help Desk team to support our clients.
- Shadow top engineers to learn about technical competencies.
- Use new technologies in a practical setting.
- Travel between various locations as needed.
- Transport equipment between sites.
What you'll need#
- You must be at least a junior working toward a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Network Engineering, or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
- You should be able to work well both independently and in a team.
- We look for candidates who display our ACE factor: Attitude, Compassion, and Enthusiasm.
- Experience in networking, cloud, or network security is helpful but not required.
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role is a plus.
- You must be legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
- You must have a valid driver’s license, a personal car, and proof of vehicle insurance.
