About the role#
Seneca Foods Corporation is seeking an Agricultural Intern for the Summer 2026 season at our Glencoe, Minnesota facility. This position offers hands-on experience within our Agriculture Department during the active production season. You will work alongside our team to support planting and harvest operations.
What you'll do#
- Assist the field team with planting operations and scheduling.
- Perform crop maturity and quality assessments in the field.
- Manage harvest logistics and the flow of raw products.
- Communicate with growers, landowners, and department leads.
- Complete projects designed to improve productivity and reduce operational costs.
What you'll need#
- Current undergraduate student status.
- Background or interest in Ag Business, Crop/Soil Sciences, or Farm Management.
- Availability to work 7 days a week during peak activity periods.
