About the role#
As an Ag Maintenance Tech Intern, you will work during the harvest season in Glencoe, Minnesota. This position offers hands-on experience with pea and corn harvest equipment. You will support the plant by ensuring a steady flow of high-quality product. This is a paid, full-time internship with options available for Summer and Fall 2026.
What you'll do#
- Maintain and repair pea and corn harvesting equipment.
- Troubleshoot mechanical issues and electrical components.
- Supervise a seasonal crew of 3 to 5 employees.
- Assist the mechanic with the daily management of harvest operations.
- Help meet plant production goals.
What you'll need#
- Pursuing a degree in Agriculture, Mechanical Engineering, or Industrial Engineering.
- Background in Ag Business or Farm Management.
- Practical mechanical skills and the ability to troubleshoot electrical systems.
- Ability to work with a team in a production environment.

- Location: Glencoe, MN.
- Term: Summer and Fall 2026 (June through November).
- Modality: On-site.
- Compensation: Starting wage of $18.54 per hour, with overtime opportunities available.
