About the role#
This internship program offers a 9-week introduction to the asset management industry. You will join the Sustainable Investment team in New York to support product development and client-focused projects. The program runs from June 7th to August 6th, 2027.
What you'll do#
- Participate in comprehensive training to build your business and industry knowledge.
- Contribute to live projects and gain hands-on experience within the sustainable investment group.
- Shadow experienced professionals and learn directly from leaders in the field.
- Network with colleagues and other interns to build professional connections.
- Develop a deep understanding of how Schroders approaches sustainability, ESG, and impact-oriented investing.
- Present ideas and insights to various audiences.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in your Junior Year of undergraduate study, with an expected graduation date in 2028.
- A clear interest in financial markets, investing, and sustainability.
- Basic understanding of macroeconomic trends and investment concepts.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to work with large or complex numerical datasets.
- Excellent attention to detail and a growth mindset.
- Logical thinking and structured reasoning skills.
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

- Location: New York, New York.
- Modality: Hybrid, with 3 days per week in the office.
- Status: Paid, full-time internship.
