About the role#
This is a paid, full-time internship for the Summer of 2026 within a food manufacturing environment. Interns work alongside experienced engineers to complete real-world projects, participate in team meetings, and contribute to company operations. The program includes professional development opportunities such as executive speaker sessions, networking events, and career branding workshops.
What you'll do#
- Implement strategies to improve the reliability and lifespan of equipment and systems.
- Analyze failure data to coordinate initiatives that reduce operational downtime.
- Collaborate with maintenance teams to develop and maintain predictive maintenance schedules.
What you'll need#
- Completed Sophomore-level status or higher toward a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering or Engineering Technology (Electrical, Automation, Mechanical, Chemical, Engineering Physics, or Manufacturing preferred).
- Current enrollment as a student during the internship period (recent or previous graduates are not eligible).
- Ability to work 40 hours per week for a minimum of 10 weeks during the summer.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to complete assignments accurately and on time.
- Willingness to relocate for the summer.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license with auto insurance.

- Locations: Green Bay, Beloit, Richland Center, and West Bend, Wisconsin; Tempe, Arizona; Grand Rapids, Michigan; Carthage, Monett, and Mt. Vernon, Missouri; Shippensburg, Pennsylvania; Stephenville, Texas; and Logan and Smithfield, Utah.
