About the role#
This internship provides undergraduate students with practical experience across various departments at Schaeffler. You will work within a designated department to understand operational functions while gaining exposure to different areas of the organization. This is a full-time, paid, on-site position based in Strongsville, Ohio.
What you'll do#
- Rotate through different departments to gain broad organizational experience.
- Support team projects by gathering data, conducting research, and building presentations.
- Handle daily administrative duties including data entry, scheduling, and organizing documents.
- Participate in training sessions and workshops to build your professional skills.
- Manage product photography tasks.
- Summarize your work and learning in reports to be presented at the end of the term.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as an undergraduate student in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field.
- Proficiency with presentation tools like Microsoft PowerPoint or Google Slides.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work well in a team and handle tasks independently.
- A proactive approach to new challenges.
- Authorization to work in the United States without company sponsorship.
