About the role#
This is a 10-week summer internship program running from June to August. You will join the Technology Advisory ERP & Applications team to gain professional experience through client projects and mentorship. This is a full-time, paid position requiring 30-32 hours of work per week.
What you'll do#
- Work directly with clients to identify software solution needs and support application implementation.
- Participate in client working sessions to solve complex requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on various projects.
- Assist with the preparation and delivery of project action items, including research, analysis, and data migration.
- Participate in training workshops to build your industry knowledge.
- Brainstorm project milestones with clients and vendors.
- Present a client case study to the Technology Advisory team.
- Attend networking events to meet company leaders.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an undergraduate program for Business Administration, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- A positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
- Ability to adapt to diverse projects and solve problems effectively.
- High attention to detail.
- Reliable transportation.
Location & details#
- This role is based in Hunt Valley or Columbia, Maryland.
- The work modality is hybrid, requiring 4 days per week in the office.
