About the role#
As an intern on the Digital Platforms team, you will contribute to the personalization strategy and digital transformation of SAP. You will work on projects involving machine learning, omnichannel transformation, and cloud migration for EDS/AEM. This role focuses on advancing how SAP manages digital properties and integrates AI into the user experience.
What you'll do#
- Coordinate and maintain Personalization roadmaps while providing frequent updates.
- Collaborate with Digital Platforms associates to align project timelines and dependencies.
- Support the roll-out of Adobe technologies, including Experience Cloud, Experience Platform, Customer Journey Optimizer, and AJO B2B.
- Research new tools and explore how AI agents can create customized user experiences.
- Troubleshoot and monitor website performance, including layout and functionality issues.
- Create and maintain technical documentation for integrations, program implementations, and Adobe Target workflows.
- Train internal staff and build partnerships to optimize the personalization tech stack.
- Deploy and monitor SAP Joule and Adobe AI Assistant across the digital ecosystem.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in, or recent graduation from, a degree program in Marketing Tech, Data Science, Computer Science, or Digital Transformation. Recent graduates must be within 6 months of their graduation date.
- Desire to learn the mechanics of Large Language Models (LLMs), Vector Databases, and Agentic Orchestration.
- Knowledge of Adobe Experience Cloud (AEP, AEM, Target, or Analytics) or similar enterprise-grade CMS or MAP tools.
- Proficiency in Jira and Confluence for workflow management and Figma for reviewing AI-prototype UX designs.
- Ability to translate business concepts into clear technical requirements.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Basic knowledge of design principles, web production tools, and content management systems.

- Employment Type: Full-time (40 hours per week).
- Term: Rolling 12-month contract.
