About the role#
Sandoz is looking for an intern to join our People & Organization (P&O) team. This role provides an opportunity to gain experience in the pharmaceutical industry while supporting core HR functions. You will work in a hybrid environment based at our head office in Saint-Hubert.
What you'll do#
- Support the P&O team with development programs, including onboarding new employees and coordinating orientation sessions.
- Assist HR business partners with the daily management of employee files.
- Participate in the transformation and optimization of our day-to-day HR activities.
- Contribute to special projects and initiatives, such as the Great Place to Work certification.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Human Resources or Administration program with a concentration in Human Resources.
- An excellent academic record.
- Strong writing skills and a high level of attention to detail.
- Proficiency in the MS Office suite, specifically Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Ability to learn new tools and IT systems quickly.
- Fluency in both oral and written French is mandatory.
- Knowledge of English for occasional communication with international partners and colleagues.
- A self-motivated and results-oriented approach to work.
