About the role#
This is a full-time, paid internship opportunity based in Saint-Hubert, Quebec. As an intern within the People & Organization (P&O) team, you will gain hands-on experience in the pharmaceutical industry while supporting HR operations and development initiatives. This role operates on a rolling basis and follows a hybrid work model.
What you'll do#
- Support the P&O team with development programs, including the coordination of onboarding activities, orientation days, and individual meetings.
- Assist HR business partners with the daily management of employee files.
- Contribute to special projects and initiatives, such as the Great Place to Work certification process.
- Participate in the transformation and optimization of daily HR activities.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Human Resources or Business Administration program with a concentration in Human Resources.
- An excellent academic record.
- Strong writing skills and a high level of attention to detail.
- Proven proficiency in the MS Office suite, specifically Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Ability to learn new tools and IT systems quickly.
- An autonomous, results-oriented approach to work.
- Mandatory fluency in oral and written French, and proficiency in English for communication with partners and colleagues.
