About the role#
The GAIN (Galderma Aesthetic Injector Network) Intern supports educational programs, customer engagement initiatives, and business operations across Canada. This role provides hands-on experience in project coordination, event planning, communications, and reporting within the aesthetics industry.
What you'll do#
- Create presentations, reports, dashboards, and business updates.
- Support the planning and coordination of educational events and training programs.
- Work with external agencies, vendors, and suppliers to gather information, quotes, and event support.
- Assist with developing communications and materials for GAIN programs and sales initiatives.
- Support project management and administrative activities to ensure programs run smoothly.
- Contribute to daily business operations and special projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute initiatives and company policies.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a program related to Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Public Health, or Health Administration.
- Ability to create effective presentations and reports.
- Experience or interest in event planning and coordination.
- Strong communication skills for program development.
- Ability to contribute to daily business operations.
- A collaborative mindset to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Location & details#
- This is a paid, full-time internship based on-site in Toronto, Ontario.
- The term runs from September 2026 to March 2027.
