About the role#
This 12-month internship offers hands-on experience across corporate, brand, and internal communications. You will support the team with cross-functional collaboration, project management, and strategic storytelling to help drive the company mission. This role provides exposure to the full spectrum of public relations, including campaign coordination, stakeholder engagement, and content development.
What you'll do#
- Draft engaging copy for newsletters and various communications activities.
- Assist in scheduling social media posts, monitoring engagement, and creating visual content.
- Research and maintain media lists and help draft pitches for local or industry-specific outlets.
- Support the team with internal announcements, slide decks, and company-wide updates.
- Coordinate timelines and track deliverables to assist in the planning and execution of communications projects and events.
What you'll need#
- Current student pursuing a degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, English, or a related field.
- Must be returning to full-time studies in Fall 2027 or required to complete a co-op or internship for program requirements.
- Experience with Canva is a baseline requirement.
- Proficiency in CP Style is considered a major asset.
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud is a high-value qualification.
- Strong writing, editing, and research skills with high attention to detail.

- Location: Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
- Work Modality: On-site (minimum 10 days per month).
