About the role#
We are looking for a college student to join the Workspace Technologies department. This is a part-time internship that involves a mix of technical and non-technical tasks. You will work on automation, data analysis, and system troubleshooting while collaborating with various departments across the company.
What you'll do#
- Assist with testing, troubleshooting, monitoring, and implementing technology solutions.
- Perform scripting and software development tasks.
- Conduct data analysis and prepare reports.
- Create and update knowledgebase documentation.
- Communicate and coordinate with other departments to complete projects.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in at least six college credits (100+ Level) each semester.
- A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
- Experience with Windows 10 and Windows 11 operating systems.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
- Strong computer aptitude and a willingness to learn new technologies.
- Ability to work 30 to 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, between 7:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.

- Location: Tempe, Arizona.
- Modality: Hybrid (up to three days per week remote).
- Status: Part-time, paid internship.
- Requirements: You must live and work in Arizona and be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
