About the role#
The Business Value Services team partners with Financial Services sales and solution engineering teams on strategic customer engagements. This internship provides quantifiable insights into how Salesforce solutions, including AI, drive business and financial outcomes for banks, insurers, and wealth managers. You will work on client onboarding, servicing, and advisor workflows.
What you'll do#
- Facilitate internal and external discovery regarding customer business roles and processes, including areas where AI can make a difference.
- Collaborate with customers and sales teams to identify, prioritize, and quantify key performance indicators that show how Salesforce solutions address business goals.
- Size financial services AI use cases, such as agents that handle routine service requests, and model their effect on cost to serve and revenue.
- Build risk and compliance considerations into AI business cases, including model risk management, explainability, data privacy, and required human review.
What you'll need#
- Currently enrolled in an MBA program with an expected graduation of Spring 2028.
- 5 or more years of experience in value consulting, management consulting, investment banking, or a similar analytical role prior to pursuing an MBA.
- Experience building and delivering presentations to senior stakeholders.
- Ability to structure complex problems and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
- Experience using generative AI tools for research, drafting, or analysis.
- Experience working in or with financial services organizations is preferred.
- Knowledge of model governance, model validation, or AI risk teams at a financial institution is preferred.
- Experience scoping an AI use case or measuring results after launch is preferred.
Location & details#
- Location: New York, New York.
- Term: Summer 2027 (June to August/September).
- Employment: Full time, on-site.
- Compensation: $46 - $57 per hour.
- Note: This position is ineligible for visa sponsorship.
