About the role#
The Business Value Services team partners with Sales and Solution Engineering on strategic customer engagements. This internship involves building quantified financial value perspectives to show how Salesforce AI capabilities drive measurable business outcomes. You will work across various industries including Retail, High Tech, Manufacturing, and the Public Sector.
What you'll do#
- Facilitate discovery sessions to understand customer business processes and identify areas for AI and automation.
- Collaborate with customers and sales teams to prioritize value drivers and key performance indicators.
- Build quantified value models that support customer business goals.
- Size AI use cases, such as agents that support sellers or resolve service requests.
- Model the impact of AI on capacity, cost, and revenue.
- Pressure-test assumptions behind AI business cases, including data readiness, adoption rates, and human review requirements.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an MBA program with an expected graduation of Spring 2028.
- Five or more years of professional experience in roles requiring financial modeling, structured analysis, or solution-based selling in complex environments.
- Experience building and delivering presentations to senior stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to structure complex business problems and develop actionable recommendations.
- Regular, hands-on use of generative AI tools, including prompt writing and output evaluation.
- Preferred: Experience in management consulting, value consulting, or investment banking.
- Preferred: Familiarity with CRM platforms, enterprise software sales cycles, and AI project scoping.
- Preferred: Knowledge of retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), model evaluation, and AI governance concepts.

- Term: Summer 2027 (June to August/September).
- Employment: Full time, paid internship.
- Compensation: $46 to $57 per hour.
