About the role#
As a Project Engineer Intern, you will assist the project team in the completion of designated projects. You will focus on learning construction industry processes, procedures, and company business policies.
What you'll do#
- Gain a working understanding of budgets, cost accounting, invoices, contracts, and change orders.
- Develop a first-hand understanding of job-site coordination, scheduling, quality control, and safety.
What you'll need#
- You are pursuing a bachelor’s degree in construction engineering, management, or a closely related field.
- You are within 18 months of graduating.
- You can work 40 hours a week for at least a three-month term.
- General knowledge of estimating techniques and cost control methods.
- Ability to perform mathematical calculations.
- Ability to read and understand contracts, specifications, and architectural and engineering drawings.
- Clear oral and written communication skills.

- This position is located in Seattle, Washington.
- The role is full-time and on-site.
- This is a paid internship with a base pay range of $20 to $25 per hour.
- Employment verification is required to work in the United States.
