About the role#
Russ Davis Wholesale Inc. is hiring students to begin a career as professional CDL drivers. This is a full-time, paid training opportunity for individuals looking to enter the transportation industry. You will complete CDL training and move into a role delivering products to customers.
What you'll do#
- Deliver and unload products using equipment such as tractor trailers, ramps, pallet jacks, and load bars.
- Review paperwork to ensure it is accurate and complete.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections on your assigned vehicle.
- Report any accidents or incidents to the Transportation Manager immediately.
What you'll need#
- You must be at least 21 years old by the time training ends.
- An acceptable driving record.
- A willingness to learn and complete the CDL training program.
- Ability to meet all company and Department of Transportation requirements.
