About the role#
This internship focuses on the Federal Tax Services group with an emphasis on Real Estate. You will join a team handling diverse tax areas including corporate taxation, pass-through entities, individual taxation, and mergers and acquisitions. This is a full-time, paid position for Summer 2027.
What you'll do#
- Assist with tax planning and research projects.
- Prepare federal, state, and local tax returns.
- Research tax regulations and accounting pronouncements to support client work.
- Collaborate with team members across various tax specialty areas.
What you'll need#
- You are currently working toward a B.A. or B.S. degree in Accounting.
- You have completed at least 90 credit hours.
- A minimum 3.0 GPA is preferred.
- You have strong computer skills, specifically in Microsoft Excel.
- You communicate effectively in both written and verbal formats.
- You can work well within a team and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- You must have a reliable mode of transportation, as travel to client locations is required.

- Compensation: $34 to $40 per hour.
