    About the role#

    This is a paid, full-time internship for Summer 2027 based in Idaho. You will work on-site at active construction projects to learn about health, safety, and environmental programs. This role is designed to help you apply your classroom knowledge to real-world construction safety.

    What you'll do#

    • Support active construction projects and safety initiatives.
    • Gain exposure to health, safety, and environmental programs, policies, and regulations.
    • Contribute to work that supports a strong safety culture.
    • Work closely with HSE Specialists and project teams.
    • Spend approximately 80% of your time on active construction sites.

    What you'll need#

    • Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree with a graduation date of December 2027 or later.
    • Field of study in Occupational Health and Safety, Public Health, or a related field.
    • Rising junior or rising senior status is strongly preferred.
    • Coachability, curiosity, accountability, and a strong work ethic.
    • Ability to adapt and learn quickly while collaborating with others.
    • Prior construction or safety-related internship experience is a plus.
