About the role#
This paid internship offers 12 weeks of hands-on experience in the electrical construction industry. You will work alongside professionals on real projects to build a foundation for your career. This role is based on-site in California for the Summer 2027 term.

- Contribute to project management, engineering, BIM, estimating, or procurement activities.
- Apply classroom learning to electrical construction systems and technologies.

What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Civil, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Graduation date of December 2027 or later.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Professional verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in, or willingness to learn, Microsoft Office applications.
- Positive attitude and commitment to continuous learning.
- Previous construction internship experience is preferred.
