About the role#
This paid, 12-week summer internship offers hands-on experience in the electrical construction industry. You will work alongside professionals on active projects, applying what you have learned in the classroom to real-world challenges. This program is designed to help you build a foundation for your career through meaningful work and mentorship from industry experts.
What you'll do#
- Contribute directly to active construction projects.
- Participate in project management, engineering, BIM, estimating, or procurement tasks.
- Take ownership of meaningful work assignments.
- Engage with mentors and industry experts to develop your technical and professional skills.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Construction Engineering, Architectural, Electrical, Civil, or Mechanical Engineering.
- Graduation date of December 2027 or later, with rising junior or senior status preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Professional verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in, or willingness to learn, Microsoft Office applications.
- A positive attitude and a commitment to continuous learning.
- Previous construction internship experience is a plus.

- Modality: This is a full-time, on-site role.
- Locations: Concord, San Francisco, and Sacramento, California.
- Compensation: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour.
