About the role#
As a Security Analyst Intern, you will join our team in Middle River, Maryland. You will support the Security Team in protecting our personnel, assets, and intellectual property. This role involves working closely with mentors and other employees to apply your knowledge and grow your skills. You will attend frequent 1:1 meetings with supervisors to discuss your progress and learning.
What you'll do#
- Support the development of security education programs.
- Conduct intelligence and risk assessments.
- Perform network infrastructure research.
- Assist with physical security measures.
- Lead development projects independently.
- Collaborate across teams to deliver results.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in an associates, bachelor’s, master's, or doctorate program in criminal justice, national security, emergency management, or a related field.
- At least one semester of school remaining after the internship.
- A GPA of 3.0 or higher.
- At least 3 months of general work experience.
- A GPA of 3.5 or above is preferred.
- Military experience, active duty, reserves, or ROTC is preferred.
- Experience in the aerospace or tech industry is preferred.
Location & details#
- This is a full-time, on-site position based in Middle River, Maryland.
- The internship requires a minimum of 12 consecutive weeks.
- The term is Winter 2027.
- This is a paid internship.
