About the role#
This is a full-time internship with the Design & Construction team within the Core Holdings department. You will work from the Rockefeller Group headquarters in Midtown Manhattan. The internship runs from June 1, 2027, through August 6, 2027. You will gain exposure to the full lifecycle of construction projects, including working with tenants, consultants, and contractors.
What you'll do#
- Assist the team with daily tasks and project management.
- Support program development and construction management efforts.
- Handle procurement and cost management, including invoice entry.
- Participate in issue resolution and quality control processes.
- Perform space planning and complete site surveys.
- Manage punchlist activities.
- Work in the field or at nearby off-site locations as needed.
What you'll need#
- You are currently a bachelor's degree candidate entering your junior or senior year, ideally in architecture, civil engineering, or a related field.
- You possess excellent oral and written communication skills.
- You are organized, detail-oriented, and manage your time effectively.
- You work well both independently and as part of a team.
- You have strong computer skills, including proficiency with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- You bring a motivated and cooperative attitude to your work.
