About the role#
Rockefeller Group is seeking a Design & Construction Intern for our North Central Development department. This full-time, paid internship provides exposure to the full lifecycle of development projects, including work with clients, tenants, consultants, and contractors. You will work from our Morristown, New Jersey office and may travel to field sites or off-site locations as needed.
What you'll do#
- Support the Design & Construction team with daily tasks and project management.
- Assist with program development, procurement, and construction management.
- Handle cost management tasks, including invoice entry.
- Participate in quality control, issue resolution, and punchlist activities.
- Perform space planning and complete site surveys.
- Handle other duties as assigned by the team.
What you'll need#
- You must be a candidate for a bachelor's degree entering your junior or senior year.
- A degree in architecture, engineering, or construction management is preferred.
- Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and a cooperative, motivated attitude.
- Proficiency in computer software, specifically Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

- Term: Summer 2027 (June 1, 2027, through August 6, 2027).
- Work Modality: On-site.
