About the role#
As a part-time Marketing Intern, you will join our three-person marketing team to gain hands-on experience in social media, content creation, and visual storytelling. You will produce work that appears on our public channels and spend time in the field, behind the camera, and in the edit suite. This role is based in our office and involves active participation in our brand efforts.
What you'll do#
- Assist in developing social media content for LinkedIn, Instagram, and other platforms.
- Manage content calendars, draft copy, schedule posts, and monitor engagement.
- Capture photo and video content on job sites, at company events, and in the office.
- Support video editing and post-production for short-form content, project spotlights, and event recaps.
- Assist the marketing team on campaigns, award submissions, press initiatives, and branded publications.
What you'll need#
- Academic focus in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Film, Media Studies, Graphic Design, or Business Administration.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
- Experience with editing tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or Canva.
- A portfolio or examples of photo and video work, including personal projects.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
