About the role#
As a part-time Marketing Intern at RNGD, you will join a three-person marketing team to gain hands-on experience in social media, content creation, and visual storytelling. This role involves active participation in the field, behind the camera, and in the editing process to produce work for company channels.
What you'll do#
- Develop social media content for LinkedIn, Instagram, and other platforms from concept to caption.
- Manage content calendars, draft copy, schedule posts, and monitor engagement.
- Assist the marketing team with campaigns, award submissions, press initiatives, and branded publications.
- Support video editing and post-production for short-form content, project spotlights, and event recaps.
- Capture photo and video content on job sites, at company events, and in the office.
- Collaborate with the graphic designer and marketing leadership on brand collateral, presentations, and community partnerships.
What you'll need#
- Academic focus in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Film/Media Production, or a related field.
- A portfolio or examples of photo and video work, including personal projects.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and short-form video creation.
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, Canva, or similar editing tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Interest in construction, engineering, architecture, or real estate industries.

- Commitment: Part-time (16 to 20 hours per week).
