About the role#
The Marketing intern provides routine support to regional marketing and business development activities. This role assists with project pursuits, branding, events, and database maintenance to support the broader team.
What you'll do#
- Assist in the development and editing of content for requests for proposal (RFP) and qualification (RFQ) responses.
- Update and maintain marketing information within the Cosential database, including personnel resumes, contact records, and project data.
- Produce marketing collateral for business development and internal departments while maintaining corporate identity.
- Assist with the coordination and attendance of trade shows, conferences, and client events.
- Prepare award submissions through writing and editing tasks.
- Organize and support company or project photography.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in an accredited bachelor's degree program or higher.
- Academic coursework in journalism, marketing, or a related field.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Good knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, specifically InDesign.
- Strong organizational skills and time management capabilities.
- Attention to detail and effective verbal and written communication skills.
