About the role#
As a Campus Intern in Santa Clara, you will provide routine support for construction and administrative tasks. This role offers hands-on experience to complement your college education. You will work under direct supervision to support company objectives across project management, estimating, safety, and accounting.
What you'll do#
- Monitor crew size, self-perform hours, materials, and equipment usage.
- Provide progress updates and reports to the project team.
- Conduct job site observations alongside project leadership.
- Support vendor and trade partner pricing, bid solicitation, and coordination.
- Help with project close-out tasks, including punchlists, operations manuals, and as-built drawings.
- Participate in the project safety plan and culture.
- Build relationships with team members, clients, and trade partners.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an accredited Bachelors degree program or higher.
- Completed coursework related to the internship area, such as Civil Engineering, Architecture, Business Administration, Environmental Engineering, or Logistics.
- Strong work ethic and high energy.
- Ability to remain flexible and work well under pressure.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Compensation: $30 to $33 per hour, plus eligibility for a performance-based bonus.
