About the role#
Repligen Corporation is looking for a Legal Intern for the Winter 2027 term. This is an unpaid position for law students who are seeking externship academic credit. You will work approximately 15 to 20 hours per week. This role requires you to model our leadership behaviors, including integrity, compliance, customer focus, collaboration, courage, team empowerment, and accountability.
What you'll do#
- Assist with daily activities and special projects within the Legal Department.
- Receive coaching and mentoring from in-house attorneys.
- Attend meetings and presentations.
- Draft memoranda on legal topics such as commercial compliance, intellectual property, or employment law and receive feedback on your work.
- Learn the commercial contract process and review agreements.
- Use important legal tools and systems.
- Review company policies and internal processes.
- Build relationships with organizational leaders and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Shadow attorneys during meetings and negotiations.

- Current enrollment in law school.
- Eligibility to receive externship academic credit for this role.

- Location: Waltham, Massachusetts.
- Work Modality: Hybrid is preferred, though remote arrangements may be considered.
- Employment Type: Part-time, unpaid.
- Note: Interns do not qualify for benefits or overtime.
