About the role#
This is a full-time Co-Op position based in Norwood, Massachusetts, running from January 18, 2027, to June 25, 2027. You will support laboratory compliance within the Clinical Development laboratory, gaining practical experience in a regulated environment. This role requires a commitment to the full duration of the program.
What you'll do#
- Support laboratory compliance activities in alignment with GCLP guidelines and quality requirements.
- Organize and review laboratory governance documents, SOPs, forms, and compliance records to ensure accuracy and readiness.
- Assist with training compliance, including the organization of training records and documentation follow-up.
- Gain exposure to Quality Event and issue management processes through documentation and data gathering.
- Support audit and inspection readiness by preparing documents and tracking requests.
- Review laboratory documentation for adherence to good documentation practices and ALCOA+ principles.
- Collaborate with scientists, study teams, and cross-functional partners on daily compliance deliverables.
- Contribute to special projects that strengthen laboratory quality systems.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in a STEM field, such as Biology, Chemistry, or Chemical Engineering.
- Foundational laboratory and compliance quality skills applicable to analytical testing.
- A GPA of 3.5 or equivalent academic achievement.
- Ability to work independently and contribute effectively within a team.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail and a commitment to quality standards.
- An interest in working within a regulated laboratory environment.
- Must hold work authorization in the United States without the need for future sponsorship.

- Location: Norwood, Massachusetts.
- Modality: This position follows a 70/30 hybrid work model, requiring 70% in-office presence to support collaboration and mentorship.
- Compensation: This is a paid position with a salary range of $20.00 to $60.00 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience.
