About the role#
Repligen Corporation is looking for a Legal Intern for the Fall 2026 term. This position is for law students who are seeking externship academic credit. The role involves working closely with our in-house attorneys on daily operations and specific legal projects.
What you'll do#
- Assist with the daily activities and special projects of the Legal Department.
- Attend and participate in various meetings and presentations.
- Draft memoranda on legal topics such as commercial compliance, intellectual property, or employment law.
- Learn the commercial contract process and assist with contract reviews.
- Shadow attorneys during important meetings and negotiations.
- Build relationships with organizational leaders and stakeholders while learning internal policies.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a law student.
- Ability to secure externship academic credit for this role.
- Availability for approximately 15 to 20 hours per week.
- A major in Political Science.
Location & details#
- This position is based in Waltham, Massachusetts.
- We prefer a hybrid work arrangement, though we may consider fully remote options.
- This is an unpaid internship.
- We do not provide visa sponsorship for this role.
