About the role#
RenaissanceRe is seeking interns for a 10-week program during the summer of 2027. You will work on skills-based projects, shadow department leads, and participate in corporate initiatives. This is a full-time, paid internship designed to provide hands-on experience within our teams.
What you'll do#
- Gain experience by working with high-performing teams.
- Learn from senior leaders through our speaker series.
- Build professional confidence during our Campus to Corporate session.
- Complete a project and present your recommendations at the end of the program.
What you'll need#
- You must be in your penultimate year of university and planning to graduate in 2028.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written.
- Analytical and research capabilities.
- Ability to work well in a collaborative environment.
- Proficiency in Excel, or a willingness to learn.
- A strong work ethic aligned with our values of Focus, Respect, Integrity, Passion, and Precision.
