About the role#
The Desktop Support Co-Op provides hands-on technical support for employees. You will work with desktop, laptop, mobile, and printer technologies. This role is for students who want to build practical IT experience while working alongside technology professionals. This is a paid position.
What you'll do#
- Deliver and install desktop and laptop systems, including data migration and software installation.
- Provide general end-user support for enterprise desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.
- Resolve technical issues involving hardware, software, mobile devices, printers, and connectivity.
- Troubleshoot hardware and printer issues and assist with daily backup procedures.
- Liaise with third-party software and hardware vendors to support problem resolution.
- Collaborate with the technical support team in the Dayton office.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an Associate’s or advanced degree program in IT, MIS, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
- Basic technical and troubleshooting skills for Windows, Mac, and iOS.
- Ability to discuss common AI tools and recognize their potential applications in the workplace.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Ability to work 19 hours per week while taking classes.
- U.S. citizenship is required for this position.

- This role is open to students graduating between December 2026 and December 2028.
