About the role#
This internship provides hands-on ministry experience, theological training, and mentorship. The goal is to develop leaders who embody the presence of Jesus and his love for the church while they explore their personal calling. This is a paid, full-time position for Summer 2026.
What you'll do#
You will spend your week working in assigned ministry areas and assisting with Sunday services. Your schedule includes weekly staff meetings on Tuesdays and regular check-ins with your intern director. You will also meet with a member of the pastoral team twice during the summer. To support your theological development, you will complete reading assignments and participate in table discussions. We also encourage you to keep a journal to track your questions and reflections.
What you'll need#
We look for interns who are committed to leadership development and support the mission and vision of Frontline Church. You must be willing to complete all reading assignments and attend team meetings. We also expect you to maintain a healthy personal devotion with Jesus. Students pursuing degrees in Psychology, Business Administration, Communications, or Philosophy are encouraged to apply.
Location & details#
This position is located in Fayetteville, North Carolina. It is an on-site, full-time role. Please note that this position does not offer visa sponsorship.
