About the role#
The Clearsight Summer Analyst program offers students a chance to explore the financial services industry. You will work on department assignments and gain exposure to the core functions of your assigned group. This is a paid, full-time position for the summer of 2027.
What you'll do#
- Perform research, handle correspondence, and complete administrative tasks.
- Attend team meetings and contribute to ongoing projects.
- Gain insight into various financial functions to build your professional skill set.
- Execute tasks that vary depending on the specific needs of your assigned group.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a college or university, with a focus in Finance, Economics, or Business Administration.
- Ability to work 40 hours per week for the full 10-week duration of the program.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
- Active involvement in campus extracurricular activities or leadership roles.
- Intellectual curiosity and a desire to develop technical skills.
- Critical thinking abilities.
- Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis, as sponsorship is not available for this role.
