About the role#
We are looking for a Communications Intern to join our team for the Fall 2026 semester. You will work with our Human Resources and communications professionals in Milwaukee to help keep our team members informed about company strategy, business results, and culture. This position is a paid, part-time opportunity.
What you'll do#
- Write, research, and publish content for our global team member communications.
- Help manage our yearly content calendar and coordinate the weekly publication schedule.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to create and deploy a monthly newsletter.
- Ensure our messaging remains consistent across all internal platforms.
- Provide advice on effective communication strategies for change management and company initiatives.
What you'll need#
- You are a current junior or senior pursuing an undergraduate degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
- You have an anticipated graduation date between Spring 2027 and Spring 2028.
- You have strong writing, proofreading, and grammar skills with an eye for detail.
- You can manage your time effectively while balancing multiple projects.
- You are familiar with Microsoft Office tools like Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Experience with SharePoint or AI tools like Microsoft Copilot is a plus.
- You must be eligible to work in the United States without company sponsorship.
Location & details#
- Location: Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
- Work Modality: This is a hybrid role. You will work onsite at our office at least 3 days per week, with the flexibility to work remotely for up to 2 days.
- Schedule: You must be available to work 20-25 hours per week during standard business hours.
- Compensation: The base pay for this position is $20 - $22 per hour.
