About the role#
As a Commercialization Intern, you will gain hands-on experience by providing strategic support and coordination for project commercialization. This is a project management role focused on new items, changes to existing products, and efficiency initiatives. You will work alongside Commercialization Managers to support cross-functional teams, ensuring that customer needs and project timelines are met. You will act as an ambassador for internal tools and resources while building consensus across departments.
What you'll do#
- Provide day-to-day support for commercialization projects.
- Review and process changes in the project management lifecycle tool for new and existing business.
- Assist with product specifications across various stakeholder groups.
- Support cross-functional setup executions involving finance, plant operations, R&D, supply chain, master data, engineering, PPG, demand, and production planning.
- Collaborate with Master Data technical teams and assist with production, quality, or development testing.
- Monitor project tasks to ensure they align with established timelines.
- Manage your own time and work to meet job requirements under pressure.
- Complete one main commercialization project that contributes to the overall project lifecycle.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a bachelor or master degree program.
- Interest in project management, product-launch marketing, supply chain, or manufacturing.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency with computers.
- Self-motivation and a team-oriented approach to work.
