About the role#
This internship provides hands-on experience within a beverage manufacturing facility. Interns will work on-site to support various departments, including operations, maintenance, quality assurance, and engineering. The role requires a minimum six-month commitment on the night shift.
What you'll do#
- Support daily production activities, assist in process improvements, and learn about high-speed manufacturing efficiency.
- Assist with equipment troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and asset reliability projects.
- Support quality control testing, data collection, and compliance with food safety standards.
- Assist with process optimization, equipment design modifications, and efficiency improvements.
- Manage a single assigned project that supports continuous improvement efforts.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and food quality policies, including the use of required personal protective equipment.
- Maintain documentation, reports, and logs relevant to your department.
What you'll need#
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree program in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance, Human Resources, Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum GPA of 3.0 within your declared major.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work in a hands-on environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong interest in beverage manufacturing and industrial operations.
