About the role#
This is a full-time, on-site technical internship based in Greer, South Carolina. The assignment requires a minimum 6-month commitment on the night shift. Interns will gain exposure to beverage manufacturing by shadowing experienced professionals, maintaining operational documentation, and managing a dedicated project focused on continuous improvement.
What you'll do#
- Support daily production activities and learn about high-speed manufacturing efficiency.
- Assist with equipment troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and asset reliability projects.
- Perform quality control testing, data collection, and ensure compliance with food safety standards.
- Aid in process optimization, equipment design modifications, and productivity improvements.
- Manage a single assigned project to support continuous improvement efforts.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and food quality policies, including the use of required personal protective equipment.
What you'll need#
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree program in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance, Human Resources, Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Marketing.
- A minimum GPA of 3.0 within your declared major.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Interest in beverage manufacturing and industrial operations.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a hands-on environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, is preferred.
