About the role#
This internship provides hands-on experience within our beverage manufacturing environment. You will support the Strategy, Innovation, and Category Management teams to help optimize our business operations. This role lasts between 3 to 6 months and focuses on building your professional skills through project work and direct mentorship.
What you'll do#
- Support the Strategy, Innovation, and Category Management teams with daily operations and project implementation.
- Manage a specific project focused on continuous improvement within your department.
- Maintain accurate documentation, reports, and logs.
- Shadow experienced professionals to learn industry best practices.
- Assist with the development and upkeep of departmental records.
- Comply with all company safety regulations and internal policies.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in or recent graduation from an accredited college or university.
- A degree path in Business Administration, Human Resources, Supply Chain Management, Accounting, Finance, Marketing, or Communications.
- A minimum GPA of 3.0 or higher.
- You must be at least 18 years old.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- A team-oriented mindset and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
Location & details#
- Location: Tampa, Florida.
- Modality: On-site.
- Schedule: 20 to 29 hours per week.
- Compensation: This is a paid internship.
- Physical requirements: You may need to stand or walk for extended periods and handle materials of moderate weight.
