About the role#
As a Deal Lifecycle Analyst intern, you will join our team in Raleigh to work on real projects alongside a senior mentor. You will partner with the Deal Management team and Sales to assess and complete contract components that fit customer business strategies. You will collaborate with cross-functional groups including Legal, Finance, and Operations to create deal deliverables while ensuring all practices align with corporate policies.
What you'll do#
- Review requests from Sales to adapt standard language into non-standard contract terms for complex agreements.
- Request and assemble input from Legal and Deal teams to draft non-standard terms.
- Check business terms in contracts, forms, and templates to ensure they comply with corporate policies.
- Build working relationships with internal stakeholders to support contract activities.
- Use Deal Management frameworks and internal systems to deliver contracts that address customer needs.
- Maintain the accuracy of the clause library and the contract repository.
What you'll need#
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to manage tasks, meet deadlines, and analyze data to support decisions.
- Skill in establishing and maintaining communication with internal and external stakeholders.
- Curiosity and a desire to understand how systems work internally.
- Willingness to learn and work as part of a wider team.
- Ability to work without a need for current or future visa sponsorship.
- Pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Economics, or Operations Management.
