About the role#
As a Commercial Programs Analyst intern, you will join the team in Raleigh to support our Deal Management and Sales departments. You will work alongside a senior mentor to gain technical experience while contributing to the day-to-day operations of our contract development lifecycle. This role involves partnering with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Services, Operations, Legal, and Finance, to structure and document complex deal components that align with corporate policies.
What you'll do#
- Review requests from Sales to adapt standard language into non-standard contract terms for complex agreements.
- Coordinate with Legal and Deal teams to assemble input and draft non-standard terms.
- Review business terms in agreements, contracts, and templates to ensure compliance with corporate policies.
- Build working relationships with internal stakeholders to support contract activities.
- Use Deal Management frameworks and corporate systems to deliver contracts that meet customer needs.
- Maintain the accuracy of the clause library and the contracts and agreement repository.
What you'll need#
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to manage tasks, meet deadlines, and analyze data to support data-driven decisions.
- Skill in establishing and maintaining communication with internal and external stakeholders.
- Curiosity and a desire to create new things while examining how systems work internally.
- Willingness to learn and proactively work as part of a wider team.
- Ability to work without a need for current or future visa sponsorship.
