About the role#
RDO Equipment Co. is hiring a High School Intern in Hawley, Minnesota. This is a paid, on-site, full-time rolling internship. You will gain hands-on experience by working with equipment, learning how a dealership operates, and building practical skills alongside our team members.
What you'll do#
- Assist technicians with equipment repair and maintenance.
- Support the parts department and showroom operations.
- Perform facility, yard, and equipment upkeep.
- Participate in training, team meetings, and real-world work experiences.
- Serve customers while maintaining a focus on safety.
What you'll need#
- Must be at least 16 years old.
- Maintain acceptable attendance.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- A customer service mindset with the ability to interact professionally with customers and team members.
- Valid work authorization for the United States (sponsorship is not available).
