About the role#
As a Client Advisor Intern, you act as an ambassador for the bank. You will focus on client-centered sales and problem-solving to improve the customer experience. This role involves helping clients with daily banking needs, onboarding new customers, and connecting them with specialists for complex financial goals.
What you'll do#
- Engage with clients throughout the branch and the community to uncover their banking needs.
- Provide advice and identify sales or referral opportunities.
- Assist clients with a full range of financial transactions.
- Take ownership of resolving and preventing banking problems for clients.
- Educate clients on digital tools and banking technology.
- Build and maintain relationships with internal partners to support business opportunities.
What you'll need#
- A demonstrated passion for putting clients first.
- Strong problem-solving and people skills, with a focus on building rapport.
- Flexibility, a willingness to learn, and strong personal ethics.
- Digital literacy across smartphones, tablets, and laptops.
- Ability to work all business hours.
- Preference for candidates with a background in the financial or service industry and those with Mutual Funds accreditation.
