About the role#
This position focuses on client-centered service and problem-solving within a branch environment. As an intern, you will assist clients with everyday banking needs, educate them on digital tools, and collaborate with team members to help clients reach their financial goals. This role requires the ability to work all business hours.
What you'll do#
- Proactively engage with clients throughout the branch and the community to identify banking needs and sales opportunities.
- Focus on client education by demonstrating digital banking tools to drive satisfaction and retention.
- Respond to client-initiated contact and assist with a full range of financial transactions.
- Actively listen to clients to understand their individual needs and resolve banking problems.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with internal partners to manage referrals and business opportunities.
What you'll need#
- A demonstrated passion for putting clients first and success in a target-driven environment.
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport.
- Flexibility, an eagerness to learn, and strong personal ethics.
- Digital literacy across various devices, including smartphones, tablets, and laptops.
- Preferred background includes experience in the financial or service industry and Mutual Funds accreditation.
- Currently pursuing studies in Business Administration, Finance, or Marketing.
