About the role#
This role focuses on client-focused sales and problem-solving to support everyday banking, credit, and investment needs. You will act as an ambassador for the branch, helping clients reach their financial goals while collaborating with internal partners to provide comprehensive service.
What you'll do#
- Engage with clients in the branch and community to identify their banking needs.
- Provide advice and help with financial transactions.
- Teach clients how to use digital banking tools to improve their experience.
- Take ownership of resolving and preventing banking problems for clients.
- Build and maintain relationships with partners to identify business opportunities.
What you'll need#
- Mutual Funds accreditation, such as the Investment Funds in Canada or the Canadian Securities Course.
- A strong focus on putting clients first and experience in a target-driven sales environment.
- Problem-solving abilities and strong people skills.
- Comfort with digital technology across devices like smartphones, tablets, and laptops.
- Flexibility, a willingness to learn, and high personal ethics.
- Availability to work all open business hours.
