About the role#
As a Banking Advisor Intern, you will work within the branch and the local community to support our clients. You will help identify financial and investment needs while providing guidance that matches individual goals. This is a full-time position focused on building relationships and helping clients navigate their financial options.
What you'll do#
- Connect with clients to discuss their banking needs and offer personalized financial guidance.
- Show clients how to use digital banking tools and educational resources.
- Handle client requests for transactions and account help, listening to their needs and resolving issues.
- Work with colleagues to identify referral opportunities and connect clients with the right specialists.
- Execute advisor tasks following established guidelines and protocols.
- Use analytical skills to solve routine problems and escalate complex issues when necessary.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with team members, managers, and clients to meet goals.
What you'll need#
- Background in Finance, Business Administration, or Economics.
- Strong communication skills and a client-centric mindset.
- Ability to apply critical thinking and sound judgment to daily tasks.
- Familiarity with advice-based solutions and client discovery processes.
