About the role#
We are looking for a student to join our Health, Safety & Environment (EH&S) team. You will work in an aerospace environment that includes engine assembly production and flight operations. This is a generalist role for someone who wants to understand the EH&S function while experiencing the reality of an industrial and aeronautical setting. You will collaborate with EH&S professionals to support daily activities, compliance, and various safety projects.
What you'll do#
- Participate in inspections and field walkthroughs with EH&S professionals.
- Support follow-ups for prevention programs and corrective actions.
- Assist with the preparation and follow-up of audits, inspections, and compliance activities.
- Collect, organize, and maintain data.
- Support environmental activities, including water, used oils, waste, spill prevention, and wildlife management.
- Participate in EH&S awareness and communication activities with employees.
- Provide support during investigations, incident reviews, and follow-ups.
- Perform administrative and documentation tasks for the team.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment at a Canadian university for the entire duration of the internship.
- Ability to work on-site in Mirabel, Quebec.
- Pursuing university studies in a relevant field.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint.
- Working knowledge of English to read technical instructions, plans, and drawings, as well as to communicate with international colleagues and suppliers.
- Eligibility to work in Canada.
- Ability to pass a criminal background check and obtain necessary authorizations for handling controlled goods.

- Location: Mirabel, Quebec.
- Term: Winter 2027 (January 5 to April 23, 2027).
- Work Modality: Full-time, on-site, Monday to Friday with flexible hours.
