About the role#
This internship offers the opportunity to join a multidisciplinary team in Longueuil, Quebec, to support production objectives. You will manage projects of varying scales, ranging from new equipment introduction to plant layout modifications and technological development. This role provides direct exposure to suppliers and integrators while contributing to the operational success of our manufacturing departments.
What you'll do#
- Manage equipment acquisition projects.
- Prepare business plans and project budgets.
- Oversee plant layout projects.
- Support technological development initiatives.
- Lead commercial discussions with suppliers.
- Participate in continuous improvement activities.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a Canadian university throughout the internship.
- Current studies in mechanical, industrial, aerospace, civil, or electrical engineering.
- Eligibility to work in Canada and ability to work on-site.
- Strong project management, communication, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in both French and English, including the ability to interpret technical documentation in English.
- Organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities under pressure.
- Assets include experience with lean manufacturing, change management, SAP, 3D design software (VX Element, Polyworks), technical drawing interpretation, and automation.

- Location: Longueuil, Quebec.
- Term: Winter 2027 (January 5 to April 23, 2027).
- Modality: Full-time, on-site, Monday to Friday.
