About the role#
You will join the Pay Per Hour (PPH) organization to analyze engine maintenance costs. Your focus will be on identifying cost reduction opportunities, optimizing maintenance strategies, and forecasting future expenses. This role provides exposure to the aerospace aftermarket and allows you to apply engineering principles directly to gas turbine engines.
What you'll do#
- Analyze engine maintenance costs within the PPH organization.
- Search through technical documentation to identify part replacement rates and cost drivers.
- Support the execution of solutions to address identified cost drivers.
- Work on the shop floor to gain hands-on experience with engine maintenance and overhaul.
- Collaborate with team members to improve part durability and engine reliability.
What you'll need#
- Currently enrolled in a Canadian university in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering.
- Eligible to work in Canada.
- Ability to work on-site in Longueuil, Quebec.
- Working knowledge of both English and French to handle technical documentation and communicate with international colleagues.

- Location: Longueuil, Quebec, Canada.
- Term: Winter 2027 (January 5 to April 23, 2027).
- Modality: Full-time, on-site, Monday to Friday.
- Employment status: Paid internship.
